The Reigners Bible Church , Uyo Akwa Ibom State did not envisage what happened on Saturday , December 10 as the building collapsed , killing scores of worshippers.
Governor Udo Emmanuel was among the persons who survey he incident with many persons blaming the development on the structure of the building .
The governor promised to investigate the circumstances surrounding the ugly incident , and urged the members in particular , and the state in general to remain calm pending the outcome of the investigation.
The governor was a special guest on the church got the ordination of the bishop in charge , Akwa Week.
No fewer than 40 worshipers were said to have been trapped in the collapse which took place at snout 11am.
Though Udo reportedly sustained injuries along side other members , he however spoke to all at fears of any serious injury from the incident.
