The United Kingdom, the Nigeria Police and members of the civil society have met on advancing the course of fight against domestic and sexual violence in Lagos State.
In attendance were British Deputy High Commissioner in Lagos Ms. Laure Beaufils, Special Envoy for Gender Equality, Ms. Joanna Roper, British High Commissioner Political Adviser, Wales Adebajo, Representative of Judiciary Justice Solebo.
The DSVRT was represented by Mrs Lola Vivour-Adeniyi, while the Director of WARIF where women seek succour after abuse was also present.
