Effective immediately, the Special Adviser/ General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority, Engr. Francis Chukwu has been directed to swap positions with the General Manager of Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission (ENTRACO), Engr. Frank Nzewodo.
Chief Press Secretary and Media Adviser to the Governor, Oguwike Nwachuku, said in a release that Governor Hope Uzodimma approved the changes in a bid to strengthen the efficiency and capacity of Service delivery in the key agencies of the 3R Government, including OCDA and ENTRACO.
While Chukwu moves over to ENTRACO as SA/GM of the agency, Nzewodo will occupy the office of OCDA as SA/ GM.
Both officers are expected to, not only rededicate themselves to the service of Imo State in line with the policy thrust of the administration, but to bring to bear their wealth of experience in manners that value addition in the agencies they were moved to would be top notch.
